JBaby Prenatal Spring 2026 – Postpartum and Spousal Support

Expecting your first? JFamily has you covered with everything you need to know before welcoming your little bundle of cuteness! The JBaby Prenatal is now a five-part course that covers topics including: Labor and Delivery, Newborn Care, baby feeding basics, Brit Milah (bris), Baby Naming, Daddy Boot Camp, Veteran Mom Talk and Infant CPR.

Classes will be held at various locations throughout Metro Detroit. Specific locations will be emailed upon registration.

Class dates and topics: May 13 – Challah Bake and Postpartum Spousal Support May 19 – Labor & Delivery May 28 – CPR/First Aid June 4 – Newborn Care June 9 – Bris and Baby Naming Chat/New Mom & Dad Q&A

Costs for the JBaby Prenatal have been subsidized by JFamily at the J Detroit. Total cost per family is $175 and includes kosher dinners and all materials.
