Located on 250 wooded acres on the campus of The J, our ACA accredited day camp program serves children and teens (ages 5 to 14), and individuals with special needs (ages 5 to 28). Here, your child can customize their summer day camp experience to reflect their interests, learn about Israeli culture and community, and make memories and friendships that last a lifetime.

Our programs
The JCC Day Camps experience caters to grade-specific social, developmental and physical needs. We help campers to achieve personal, social and physical growth whilst instilling and promoting Jewish values.
For kids in kindergarten through 5th grade in the fall 2025
At Camp Kehilla, children express themselves, enjoy friendships, build skills, embrace diversity and feel part of a supportive community. Our experienced and trained staff help make it one of the premier camps in Metro Detroit.

For kids who enjoy skill-building, we offer a variety of specialty camps, taught by instructors/trained professionals who specialize in those areas of interest. We offer specialty camps for 3-6 graders and junior specialty camps for 1-2 graders. Our theater camp is 5-9 graders.
