The Winter Landscape and my Favorite Tree Sunday, February 18, 2024 1 – 2 pm Trees hold a special place in the Jewish imagination. As we are celebrating trees for the holiday of Tu Bishvat, we can explore how trees make us feel more connected to where we live, and our planet as a whole. In this workshop instructed by Marci Bykat, we will use a variety of medias and techniques to create one-of-a-kind artworks featuring trees and the beautiful Michigan winter landscape. All materials provided. Please bring a picture of a tree near your home that they love the most. $30 for 2 projects. Each additional project is $5. This workshop will be geared towards children ages 5-10 and their families. **** Siblings older than 10 are welcome!
