us so much even as we embrace scientific understanding of the universe. What
can we learn from the Midrashim (textual commentaries) our Rabbis derived from
the text of Genesis? How is creation represented in our prayers and ritual
traditions? What unique ideas does Jewish tradition offer about creation and
the nature of the human being? Join us for the intriguing study of the
critical concept of creation in Jewish tradition.
