Mini Maccabi!

Calling all little athletes to join JFamily for a morning of sporty fun! Detroit is gearing up to host the 2024 Maccabi Games, and we want your family to be a part of the excitement. Mini Maccabi will feature special clinics from Total Soccer and Pistons Academy, along with relay races, bounce houses, and more fun and games.

This program is geared toward families with children ages 2-8.

All families will receive a free 1 day pass for The J pool, too! You can head over to the pool after the event or save the pass for another day this summer.

The following is a tentative schedule for the morning: 10:15: Registration

Ages 2-3: 10:15-10:45- Soccer Clinic 10:45-11:15- Basketball Clinic 11:15-11:45- Tumbling Clinic

Ages 4-5: 10:15-10:45- Tumbling Clinic 10:45-11:15- Soccer Clinic 11:15-11:45- Basketball Clinic

Ages 6-8: 10:15-10:45- Basketball Clinic 10:45-11:15- Tumbling Clinic 11:15-11:45- Soccer Clinic

Ongoing: Bounce houses, relay races and more fun and games! 11:45: Closing Ceremonies & Ice Cream Treats

Get in the Games as a Host Family! We need your help to house visiting Jewish athletes for this summer’s JCC Maccabi Games, July 28th – August 2nd. Learn more and register as a host family HERE !
