Alli Hoag works across\nmediums of glass\, installation\, video\, and performance to investigate human\ndesire to connect with the unknowable\, and to reveal the simultaneous\nlightness and heaviness that is created when the imagined or invisible is\nlabored into the physical realm. Alli completed her BFA degree in Glass at\nUniversity of Hawaii at Manoa\, graduated with a Master’s in fine art from New\nYork State College of Ceramics at Alfred University\, and currently serves as\nAssociate Professor of Glass and Glass Area Head at Bowling Green State\nUniversity\, in Bowling Green\, OH. \nRegistration required. \nSpecial Feature in the Upper Gallery:“Tchotchke” — A tribute to Albert\nYoung\, legendary artist and founder of Michigan Hot Glass.
