Look at the rise of\nYiddish theater in New York and reflect on the conditions that made the\nproduction of Fiddler on the Roof possible. Finally\, we will watch Tevya\, a\n1939 Yiddish film adaptation of the stories\, which we will compare with the\n1971 film of the Broadway show. I understand how trauma and life experiences can shape a child\nor teen’s life which is why I am so passionate about helping youth through\nthese vulnerable years.
