After the excitement of the High Holidays\,\nthis playful session will help kids unwind and recharge. Through fun poses\,\ncalming breathing exercises\, and simple mindfulness activities\, children will\nstretch their bodies and relax their minds. \nSnacks and open playtime follow the class—making it the perfect morning for\nboth kids and parents! \nGeared toward families with children ages 2-5.\nPlease bring your own yoga mat or towel. Email us if you need to borrow one. \nStacy has 18 years of personal practice and 16 years of teaching experience\,\nStacy brings a warm\, welcoming energy to every class.
