Alli works across mediums\nof glass\, installation\, video\, and performance to investigate human desire to\nconnect with the unknowable\, and to reveal the simultaneous lightness and\nheaviness that is created when the imagined or invisible is labored into the\nphysical realm. She completed her BFA degree in Glass at University of Hawaii\nat Manoa\, graduated with a Master’s in fine art from New York State College of\nCeramics at Alfred University\, and currently serves as Associate Professor of\nGlass and Glass Area Head at Bowling Green State University\, in Bowling Green\,\nOH. \nRegistration required. \nSpecial Feature in the Upper Gallery:“Tchotchke” — A tribute to Albert\nYoung\, legendary artist and founder of Michigan Hot Glass.
