We will contact you if you are offered a spot from the waitlist. $500 payment must be received within 24 hours.\nOnce you have successfully secured your spot\, you will receive further directions for evaluations.\nIf for any reason the athlete cancels before February 1\, 2025\, you will receive a full refund.\nIf for any reason the athlete cancels between February 1-April 30\, 2025 \, $150 will be deducted from the refund.\nIf for any reason the athlete cancels ON OR AFTER MAY 1\, 2025 NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.\nThe total cost for each athlete to participate is $1900.There is a $250 discount if paid in full by May 31.\nAthletes must be between the ages of 13-17 to participate.
